What is esukan.gg ?


 

Esukan.gg is an initiative under the purview of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia. It is a platform designed to create, organise, and manage esports competitions involving computer, mobile, and console games.

The platform helps players discover and participate in esports tournaments while enabling Event Organisers to organise and manage their competitions.

 


2.

Does it cost anything to sign up for Esukan.gg?


 

No. Signing up for an Esukan.gg account is completely free.

 


3.

Are my registration details protected?


 

Yes. Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.

How do I register as a Player?

Alternatively, follow these steps to create a player account: 1. Click Sign Up and select Player.
2. Fill in the required registration details.
3. Click Sign Up Now to create your account.
4. A verification email will be sent to your registered email address.
5. Click the verification link in the email to confirm your email address.
6. Once your email address has been verified, you may log in to esukan.gg.
You may complete or update your player profile later after logging in.

Do I need to upload my NRIC or IC to register?

No. NRIC or IC verification is not required to create an Esukan.gg account.

However, individual tournaments may have their own eligibility or identity-verification requirements. Please refer to the rules of the tournament you wish to join.



6.

II have not received the verification email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk email folder.

Please also confirm that the email address entered during registration is correct. If you still cannot find the verification email, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.


7.

How is my account verified?

Your account is verified through the email address provided during registration.

After signing up, click the verification link sent to your registered email address to activate your account.

How do I register as an Event Organiser?

Follow these steps to create an Event Organiser account:

  1. Click Sign Up and select Event Organiser.
  2. Fill in the required registration details.
  3. Click Sign Up Now to create your account.
  4. A verification email will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. Click the verification link in the email to confirm your email address.
  6. Once your email address has been verified, you may log in to Esukan.gg.
Additional information or approval may be required before you can create and manage tournaments.




9.

Who is eligible to register for Esukan.gg?

Anyone who meets the platform’s registration requirements may create an Esukan.gg account.

Eligibility to participate in a specific tournament may differ depending on the tournament’s rules, including requirements relating to age, location, nationality, residency, game account, or player ranking.

How do I create a team and add team members?

Alternatively, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your player account on Esukan.gg.
  2. Go to your profile, select Game ID, and click Add Game ID.
  3. Fill in the required information and click Add. Your Game ID will appear immediately in the Game ID section.
  4. Next, go to the Team tab and select Create Team.
  5. Fill in the required team information and click Create.
  6. Open your newly created team and add your team members.
  7. Once your team is complete, you may proceed to join the tournament.
All team members must have registered esukan.gg accounts and meet the eligibility requirements of the tournament.

Who approves tournament registrations?


 

Tournament registrations are reviewed and managed by the Event Organiser.
The Event Organiser may approve, reject, or request further information based on the tournament requirements.

Can I change my team name?


 

A team name may not be editable after the team has been submitted for a tournament.
Please review your team information carefully before submitting your tournament registration. Where changes are required, contact the Event Organiser or Esukan.gg support for assistance.

Can I join more than one team?

You cannot join more than one team in the same tournament.
However, you may join different teams for different tournaments, subject to the rules and schedules of those tournaments.

Can my team participate in more than one tournament?

Yes. Your team may participate in multiple tournaments, provided that the team and its members meet the requirements of each tournament.
Players should also ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts between tournaments.

Where can I view the tournament rules?


 

The rules for each tournament are displayed on the respective tournament page under the Rules section.
You should review all tournament rules, eligibility requirements, schedules, formats, and participation conditions before registering.

Who is eligible to join a tournament?


 

Eligibility depends on the rules established for each tournament.
A tournament may include requirements relating to:
  • Minimum age
  • Nationality or residency
  • State or location
  • Game account or player ID
  • Team size
  • Player ranking
  • Platform or device
  • Other requirements determined by the Event Organiser

Account and Tournament Management

Can I update my profile after registration?

Yes. You may log in to your account and complete or update your player profile later.
Certain profile information may be required before you can participate in a tournament.


18.Can I delete my account and create a new account?

 

To request the deletion of your account, contact us at [email protected].
Creating multiple accounts to avoid tournament restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other platform rules may not be permitted.


19.

I have registered for a tournament but no longer wish to participate. What should I do?


 

Contact the Event Organiser as soon as possible to request withdrawal from the tournament.
You may also contact [email protected] if you require assistance.
Withdrawing from a tournament does not require you to delete your Esukan.gg account.

How do I delete my Esukan.gg account?

To request account deletion, contact us at [email protected].

The support team may request additional information to confirm account ownership before processing the request.


21.I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click Forgot Password on the login page.
Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

What happens if I am banned?


 

If you are banned or disqualified, you may no longer be permitted to continue participating in the tournament.
The consequences of a ban will depend on the tournament rules, the nature of the violation, and the decision of the Event Organiser.
Serious or repeated violations may also result in restrictions being placed on your Esukan.gg account.

 


23.

What should I do if I experience a problem during a tournament?


 

For issues involving gameplay, match results, opponents, schedules, tournament rules, or disputes, contact the Event Organiser.
For issues involving the Esukan.gg website, account access, registration process, or platform services, contact us at [email protected].
When reporting an issue, provide the following information where possible:
  • Your registered email address
  • Tournament name
  • Team name
  • A description of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots or supporting information

Why was my tournament registration rejected?



A tournament registration may be rejected for reasons such as:
  • The player or team does not meet the tournament eligibility requirements.
  • The team does not have the required number of members.
  • Required registration information is incomplete.
  • The information submitted is incorrect or cannot be verified.
  • The registration was submitted after the deadline.
  • The tournament has reached its maximum number of participants.
  • A player is already registered with another team in the same tournament.
  • The registration does not comply with the tournament rules.
  • The Event Organiser requires further information.
Please contact the Event Organiser for clarification regarding a rejected tournament registration.

Esukan.gg adalah salah satu inisiatif di bawah seliaan Kementerian Belia & Sukan bertujuan untuk membina, mengatur, dan mengurus pertandingan-pertandingan untuk pemain permainan komputer, telefon mudah alih atau permainan konsol. esukan.gg memberikan pengalaman e-sukan dan merupakan pelantar yang membantu pemain permainan mencari kejohanan untuk bertanding.

Adakah ia mengenakan sebarang kos untuk mendaftar esukan.gg?

 

Mendaftar untuk esukan.gg adalah 100% percuma.

Adakah maklumat pendaftaran saya dilindungi sepenuhnya?

 

Ya, maklumat pendaftaran anda dilindungi sepenuhnya di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi, 2010, Malaysia.

Bagaimana cara untuk saya mendaftar sebagai Pemain?

 

Langkah 1: Tekan butang Daftar percuma (Pemain)

Langkah 2: Isikan maklumat yang diperlukan and tekan 'Daftar Sekarang' untuk meneruskan

Langkah 3: Emel pengesahan akan dihantar kepada anda. Tekan 'sahkan emel' untuk pengesahan emel

Langkah 4: Setelah emel anda disahkan, teruskan log masuk di esukan.gg

 

5.

Saya tidak menerima emel pengesahan lagi, apakah yang patut saya lakukan?

 

Tolong hantarkan emel kepada [email protected] dan isunya akan diperbaiki.

 

6.

Bagaimanakah akaun saya akan disahkan?

 

Akaun anda akan disahkan menggunakan NRIC (Nombor Kad Pengenalan Negara atau IC).

 

7.

Bagaimanakah cara untuk saya mendaftar sebagai Penganjur Acara?

 

Langkah 1: Tekan butang Daftar percuma (Penganjur Acara)

Langkah 2: Isikan maklumat yang diperlukan dan tekan 'Daftar Sekarang' untuk meneruskan

Langkah 3: Emel pengesahan akan dihantar kepada anda. Tekan 'sahkan emel' untuk mengesahkan emel

Langkah 4: Setelah emel anda disahkan, teruskan log masuk di esukan.gg

Bagaimanakah saya dapat menambah ahli kumpulan saya untuk membentuk skuad?

 

Kejohanan akan aktif dengan SEMUA ahli kumpulan memenuhi kriteria yang dinyatakan di bawah:

•  Ahli berdaftar esukan.gg

•  Salinan Kad Pengenalan (NRIC) telah dimuat naik dan disahkan

•  Nombor telefon telah disahkan

 

Langkah 1: Log masuk di laman sesawang dan tekan 'Kejohanan'

Langkah 2: Pilih permainan yang anda berminat untuk sertai dengan menekan ikon permainan

Langkah 3: Tekan butang 'Sertai Kejohanan' untuk mengisi maklumat kumpulan anda (pengesahan   emel berjaya) dan tekan hantar

Langkah 4: Tunggu kelulusan Penganjur Acara

Langkah 5: Keputusan penyertaan penubuhan skuad  sama ada lulus atau gagal akan dipaparkan di dalam Ruang Notifikasi di Profil Pengguna

 

9.

Siapakah yang akan meluluskan permohonan sebagai ahli kumpulan?

 

Kelulusan sebagai ahli kumpulan akan dikendalikan oleh Penganjur Acara.

Bolehkah saya menukar nama kumpulan?

 

Tidak, anda tidak dibenarkan menukar nama kumpulan setelah ia didaftarkan.

 

11.

Bolehkah saya menukar nama pengguna dan kata laluan saya?

 

Anda boleh menukar kata laluan tetapi TIDAK nama pengguna anda.

Bolehkah saya menyertai lebih dari 1 kumpulan?

 

Tidak, anda tidak dibenarkan menyertai lebih dari 1 kumpulan untuk setiap kejohanan. Walau bagaimanapun, anda dan kumpulan anda boleh menyertai kejohanan lain serentak.

Di manakah saya dapat melihat peraturan-peraturan Kejohanan?

 

Setiap peraturan kejohanan dipaparkan di dalam 'Peraturan-Peraturan' di Halaman Kejohanan.

 

14.

Siapakah yang layak mendaftar esukan.gg?

 

Semua warganegara Malaysia layak untuk mendaftar.

 

15.

Siapakah yang layak untuk menyertai kejohanan?

 

Rakyat Malaysia yang berumur 14 tahun dan ke atas layak untuk menyertai kejohanan.

Bolehkah saya memadam akaun saya dan membuat akaun baru untuk menyertai semula kumpulan yang sama?

 

Tidak, anda tidak boleh memadam akaun anda dan mambuat akaun baru kerana setiap akaun berhubung dengan NRIC anda.

 

17.

Saya telah mendaftar untuk kejohanan, tetapi saya tidak lagi ingin bermain. Bolehkah saya memadam akaun saya?

 

Anda boleh menarik diri dari kejohanan dengan menghubungi khidmat pelanggan kami di [email protected]. Sekiranya anda ingin mendaftar semula atau memadam akaun pengguna anda di dalam esukan.gg, anda boleh hubungi khidmat pelanggan kami di [email protected] untuk bantuan lebih lanjut.

 

18.

Saya terlupa/hilang kata laluan saya

 

Sila tekan butang 'Lupa Kata Laluan' untuk menetapkan semula kata laluan anda.

 

19.

Apakah yang akan berlaku sekiranya saya disekat?

 

Sekiranya anda disekat, anda tidak boleh meneruskan penyertaan di dalam kejohanan.

 

20.

Apakah yang patut saya buat jika saya menghadapi masalah teknikal?

 

Sekiranya anda mengalami gangguan teknikal semasa kejohanan, anda boleh menghubungi penganjur acara. Walau bagaimanapun, untuk isu Laman Sesawang atau Servis anda boleh menghubungi khidmat pelanggan kami di [email protected].

 

21.

Mengapakah permohonan saya untuk akaun esukan.gg ditolak?

 

• Salinan NRIC/IC tidak dilampirkan di dalam permohonan

• Nombor pada NRIC/IC tidak jelas

• Kesemua 12 digit pada NRIC/IC tidak kelihatan

• Hanya bahagian Gambar NRIC/IC dikemukakan

• Pantulan denyar kamera pada NRIC/IC menghalang kejelasan nombor NRIC

• NRIC rosak

• Kualiti NRIC buruk

• NRIC/IC yang dimasukkan tidak selari dengan NRIC/IC yang dimuat naik
